How are sessions scheduled and delivered?
Sessions are conducted live via secure teleconferencing (or in-person at our Hat Yai campus by arrangement). Once booked, our team coordinates timezone scheduling to suit your engineers.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept electronic bank transfers (SWIFT/PromptPay), major corporate invoicing, and university purchase orders. Invoices are issued in THB or USD.
What is your rescheduling and refund policy?
Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior without penalty. See our Refund Policy.
